Accounts Manager - experience with hotel guest software would be a great asset, ability to prepare returns to trial balance, good communication skills and ability to motivate and train junior staff.
Property Manager -to control numerous residential properties and the ability to work autonomously. Must be able to relate to owners needs and implement requirements within budget constraints, knowledge of local permitting requirement an advantage.
International Property Specialist/Market Ananlyst - conduct market research in local areas/US/Europe and South America relating to the real estate and property rental industry, to analyze prices/sales/rental methods or marketing, attend international tourism exhibitions/events, create marketing campaigns and links with international toursit boards
