All of the properties we offer are clean and tidy and generally in good neighborhoods. The SmartMove "STAR" rating is provided as an indication of how "nice" the property is when considering location, décor, furnishings, facilities, amenities etc. In order to achieve a "10" star rating the property would have to be nearly "perfect" in all respects.
If you have scrolled down the available properties in one of the accommodation sections (1 bedroom / 2 bedroom etc.etc..) you will see that each property is given a SMARTMOVE "STAR" rating as above, and, a "PRICE BAND" number. Please refer to the chart below to get a ball park guide to the rental charges that apply to any particular property.
