Please note that an "efficiency" has only a microwave and a refrigerator, whereas a "studio" has a proper kitchen and cooking facilities.
These units are available for minimum 3 days and up. For price guidelines refer to the 'GENERAL INFORMATION AND PRICES '
page on this web-site. Where you can also see map of area which gives locations of all our properties, yacht schools, yards etc.
Note - All units have Wireless internet, Cable TV, telephone, and laundry facilities available.etc. Most have Bar-B-Q facilities.

Will provide a peaceful retreat at the end of a busy day. Located in a small complex in a good quiet neighborhood but this unit is about a mile and a half from the yacht schools in town, being located just south of SR84 (Marina Mile) and on SW 10th Ave.
