Crew House

Please note all of the Smart-Move Crew-Houses have two or three bedrooms and we have a 'maximum' of two TWIN beds in one room (no 'bunk' beds). Each house has at least one living room, dining room, two/three separate bedrooms, full kitchen, and one or two bathrooms. Some houses have a 'private room" available with a Queen bed. (see individual property notes)

These units are available for minimum three days rental . For price guidelines refer to the 'GENERAL INFORMATION AND PRICES ' page on this web-site. Where you can alsosee map of area which gives locations of all our properties, yacht schools, yards etc.

Note - All units have Wireless internet, Cable TV, telephone, and laundry facilities available.etc. Most have Bar-B-Q facilities. (Note we do not supply a computer)

LI104		This clean and tidy house has 3 bedrooms, 2 twin beds to a room. Located on SE 20th St and 1sth Ave. about 3 blocks west of Federal Highway (US1) - close to Waxy's and all the schools. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Laundry in house. Private room sometimes available.
BE700		Great 'garden' house - sometimes used as a 'couples only' crew house. House has three bedrooms - 2 twins in each room. Great yard with pool. About half a mile max from Waxy's pub and yacht schools area of Ft Lauderdale. Laundry in house.
TA2005F		Two bedroom house - one queen bed in each 'private' room. Located on Miami Rd and SE 20th St very close to Waxy's and all schools. Nice gardens. Laundry in house.

BE1232		Great 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house on Miami Rd and SE 12th Ct. Close to Waxys and all schools etc. Each room has 2 twin beds. House is part of small complex of 4 houses and shares the great "jungle-Jim's' gardens and pool areas with those other units. Has BBQ , laundry and all wi-fi/cable features etc. Rooms can be rented on 'private ' basis'.
CL814		Fabulous 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom house on Miami Rd and SE 14th Ct. close to Waxys and all schools. Super gardens with great pool, BBQ, and huge projection TV in the garden. Full laundry facilities. All bedrooms have 2 twin beds which can be joined to make 1 king size bed if required. Private rooms available.
SH1125		Actually two properties. Each has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Bedrooms are set with 2 twin beds. Close to Davie Blvd and Miami Rd. Very comfortable and in nice quiet neighborhood. All amenities. Less than a mile from Waxys and all schools.
BSZ1300		This property consists of two adjoining 2 bedroom units. Each unit has great kitchen and bathroom etc and the bedrooms are set up with one queen size bed in each. (Great for couples or singles requiring a bigger bed) Great garden with super pool , BBQ etc. Located just west of Federal Highway (US1) on SE 13th St. Great for couples or as 'private' rooms.
